Many people have been asking me how I make my smoothies. I am excited to share with you one of our very first smoothie recipes. This recipe is easy to follow with very few ingredients, taste great and is kid and parent approved!
Spinach, grape and banana smoothie
2 cups grapes
4 cups spinach
1 scoop Zeal (don’t have Zeal or wonder what it is, find out at https://www.zurvita.com/fourbackpacks/en/us/)
Add your ingredients to the blender and blend. I also like to add a little ice after some blending. Gives your smoothie a nice chill.
Pour and enjoy!
